Lume and the rainbow
A lua story

One afternoon it began to rain: drip, drip, drip. And a little gray cloud was very sad.
She cried and cried, and that's why the raindrops fell. «Boohoo…», went the cloud.
When it eased a little, Lume, the sun, peeked his face out from behind the clouds.
«Why are you crying, little cloud?», asked Lume gently.
«I don't know… today I'm gray and sad», said the cloud, hiccuping.
«There's nothing wrong with crying», said Lume. «Sometimes you need to, and then you feel more calm».
Lume warmed her with a hug of light, very softly. The cloud dried off and stopped crying.
And then, when the sun's light met the raindrops… something magical happened!
A huge rainbow appeared, in a thousand colors!
The little cloud smiled when she saw it. «We made it together!».
And she learned that, after the rain, the light always comes back.
…and they all lived happily ever after. 🌙
