Rapunzel

Rapunzel was a girl with very long, golden hair who lived at the top of a tower with no stairs and no doors.

To climb up, there was only one way: «Rapunzel, let down your hair», and she would drop her long braid out the window like a golden rope.

Though she was alone, Rapunzel sang beautiful songs that could be heard all through the forest. One day, a kind traveler heard them and they became friends.

Together they thought of a plan so Rapunzel could come down and see the world: the trees, the rivers and the open sky.

At last, Rapunzel left the tower and discovered how big and beautiful everything was. She was never alone again.
