Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves

Ali Baba was a humble, honest woodcutter. One day, in the forest, he saw a band of forty thieves stop before a great rock.

Their leader shouted magic words: «Open, Sesame!», and the rock opened, revealing a cave full of treasures.

When the thieves left, Ali Baba tried the magic words. The cave opened for him! He took only a few coins, just enough to help his family.

The thieves, noticing something was missing, tried to find the culprit. But the household's clever maid, Morgiana, with great wit, exposed them one by one.

Thanks to his cleverness and to not giving in to greed, Ali Baba and his family lived peacefully and happily, sharing what they had.
