Sinbad the Sailor

Sinbad was a brave sailor who loved to sail and discover faraway lands. On every voyage he lived a new adventure.

Once, his ship reached a beautiful island… which turned out to be the back of a giant sleeping whale. When it woke, Sinbad and his crew had to swim away in a hurry.

On another voyage he met a huge bird, the Roc, so big it blocked out the sun. Cleverly, Sinbad held on to one of its legs and flew over mountains and seas.

He visited islands with valleys of shining stones, markets full of spices, and people from distant lands who taught him new things.

After each adventure, Sinbad came home full of stories. He had learned that the world is huge and full of wonders for those who dare to look.
